Neighbourhood housing officers

We have a team of dedicated neighbourhood housing officers to help look after you and your community. They can also support you with many issues or queries you may have about your tenancy.

Neighbourhood housing officers help prepare you for your new home with a pre-tenancy assessment and when you sign your tenancy agreement and receive your keys. They will contact you in the early weeks of your tenancy to make sure your move has gone smoothly.

If they think you need additional help, they may also offer you further tenancy support.

They spend a lot of time out and about helping communities. They make estate visits and investigate reports of anti-social behaviour. Neighbourhood housing officers work with a wide range of agencies including the local authority, councillors, police and social services to be more effective.
