There are different ways to pay us although setting up a direct debit for regular payments like rent or service charges is the easiest and most efficient. You can make a payment or set up a direct debit using the My Cottsway customer portal.

There are different ways to pay us although setting up a direct debit for regular payments like rent or service charges is the easiest and most efficient. You can make a payment or set up a direct debit using the My Cottsway customer portal.
Direct debit
To set up regular payments straight from your bank account either:
- Use My Cottsway (our customer portal)
- Call 01993 890000
- Or print, complete and return our: Direct debit form
Online
You can use the My Cottsway online portal to make a payment securely with your credit or debit card. You can also save your card details for speedier future payments via the portal and use it to set up Direct Debit payments.
The portal is also available as an app:
- Login or register for My Cottsway
- If you have a smartphone, download the My Cottsway app from Google Play or the App store.
Please note, the app is not available for use on a tablet – please use the website instead.

Alternatively, you can continue to use allpay Internet Payments, the secure online payment facility that we work with to collect payments but please note, you will need your 19-digit allpay reference to use these services:

Your security
You can check you are in a secure website by looking at the address bar at the top of the screen. When you see a padlock symbol this means the website is secure.
Please remember to ensure you have a 'strong' password - one that is not easy to guess.
By phone
You can pay with your debit or credit card over the phone.
Then select our 24-hour automated payment service.
(You will need your 19-digit Allpay reference number*)
* If you cannot find your Allpay reference number, please speak to us first so that you can use the automated system moving forward.
PayPoint
You can pay by cash, card or cheque at the Post Office or any other shop showing the PayPoint sign.
Simply take your swipe card (issued when you moved in) in to store with your payment.

Payment changes
If the amount you pay needs to increase or decrease and you pay by:
- Direct debit: you do not need to do anything. Allpay will send a letter confirming your new amount and your payments will change automatically.
- Pay by another method: you will need to amend your payments accordingly.
Difficulty paying
Please let us know if you are struggling to pay your rent. We may be able to set up a repayment arrangement or help you make a benefits claim.
