Cottsway’s Scrutiny Group is made up of a small number of Cottsway customers who work with us to improve services and to make sure the ‘customer voice’ is heard.

They’d love your help if you live in a Cottsway home – you can either apply to join the group, or simply register to help them by sharing your views on our services with them from time to time.
