A number of organisations offer learning and development courses to help you improve your health and well-being, learn new skills and increase job prospects, some of these are free of charge.

Want to do a course that costs money?

To help Cottsway customers and their immediate family, we offer an individual learning grant of up to £250. This can help pay towards training courses, sports coaching courses, qualifications and / or materials to support your learning.

Over 400 easy-to-follow guides to help you improve your own digital skills or support someone else to improve theirs. Topics range from computer basics and Microsoft office, to email and skype, using the internet and much more.

Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS)

TPAS promotes, supports and champions tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing. They offer comprehensive training opportunities to tenants, including running a community event, community fundraising, holding your landlord to account, chairing skills and community engagement.

Older Drivers Forum

Run by Hampshire Constabulary Road Safety Team, this forum aims to help keep mature motorists on the road safely for longer with a wide range of practical and informative help and support to assist you, or the older person in your life, with staying mobile for as long as possible.
