As a member of the panel, residents will:

• Be invited to share experiences and suggest improvements through regular meetings and virtual discussions with the Ombudsman.
• Be asked for feedback on consultations through surveys, placing residents at the centre of everything the Ombudsman does.
• Learn more about the role of the Ombudsman and how they can tell their local communities about this work.
