Service charge refund
Please complete this form to let us know how you would like to receive your service charge refund.
You can choose to either:
- Amend your Direct Debit;
- Carry forward the credit balance towards next year’s service charge; or
- Request a refund.
Once you’ve submitted the form, we’ll update your Direct Debit or account as needed.
If you’ve asked for a refund, please allow up to 30 working days for it to be processed and reach your bank account.
Please note: If any information is missing or incorrect, it may delay your refund.
