Richard Reynolds

Richard is responsible for providing strategic leadership to develop and deliver the short-term and long-term needs of Cottsway. He leads the Executive team and works in partnership with our Board and in collaboration with partner agencies, stakeholders and customers to set Cottsway’s vision and develop strategies and plans for achieving this.

Richard became our Chief Executive in August 2022. He was previously our Resources Director, having joined Cottsway in 2014 from a strong financial background in the private sector in different industries including retail, quarrying and printing.
