What our stakeholders think of us
At Cottsway, we rely on strong relationships with a wide range of partners to deliver the best possible services — from local authorities and developers to suppliers, lenders, and other organisations we work with.
These partnerships help us provide safe, quality homes and support our customers and communities.
Earlier this year, we invited our partners to take part in a stakeholder survey to share their views on how we work together. Although fewer people responded than we hoped, the feedback we received was incredibly useful, and we’re grateful to everyone who took part.
We’ve now published a summary report and which covers what stakeholders told us about:
- Their overall impression of us
- What we’re like to work with
- How effectively we communicate and engage
Key findings
- 97% agreed we’re an effective partnership organisation
- 93% said they trust us to do what we say
- 93% would recommend us as a good partner
Stakeholders also shared words they feel best describe us, and we’ve highlighted these in the report. Many gave additional comments too — while we haven’t included them all, a selection is available to read.
All feedback has been reviewed, and any improvements suggested by stakeholders are being shared with the relevant teams because ensuring we maintain strong, positive relationships with partners helps us continue to deliver for our customers. We’re also sharing a copy of the summary report with our stakeholders.
