Theatre offering FREE digital winter workshops to Cottsway customers

The Theatre Chipping Norton has created some new digital workshops to keep all the family entertained this Christmas.

Thanks to support from our Community Fund, these workshops are completely FREE to Cottsway customers, and you can access them at the click of a button - simply select the free tickets option when booking online. 

Here’s a taster of what’s on offer:

  • Make your own Snow Fox
    Enter the magical world of snow with this fabulously festive craft workshop. This workshop will teach you how to make your own Snow Fox using simple materials that you'll find around the home.
  • Make your own Rapunzel Tower
    Let your hair down in this fun craft workshop! Join The Theatre’s Tess Brice as she teaches you how to make your own Rapunzel Tower using everyday materials that you’ll find around the home. This workshop is perfect for anyone wanting to dive further into the magic of pantomime.
  • Pantomime storytime
    Join Dame Brunnhilde, her sidekick son Max and the King of Evergreen from the Theatre's spectacular pantomime Rapunzel as they tell a selection of festive tales. From the Brothers Grimm to Beatrix Potter, these classic stories will transport listeners young and old, and capture the magic of Chippy panto.
  • Singing solo: The First Noel
    Chippy Virtual Voices' renowned local choir leader, Lizzie Soden, returns to lead this exciting new workshop. Participants will be taught the three parts to an exclusive arrangement of ‘The First Noel’, and given instruction on how to turn this into their own musical video. The perfect way to create a Christmas treat to send to family and friends.
  • Wonderful winter workout
    Join renowned local dance practitioner, Sarah Hartley, as she leads a wonderful winter workout for all the family. For all those looking to keep the muscles moving during the festive season, this gentle workshop will use fun choreography inspired by musical theatre.
