We’re currently seeking feedback from our shared owners and leaseholders on the service we provide.
We will use the information gathered to understand what we are doing well and where we can improve.
Letters were sent to all our shared owners and leaseholders in March and we’ve subsequently sent online survey links to all those who we hold email addresses for.
If you’re one of our shared owners or leaseholders, and you’ve not completed your survey yet, please check your inboxes and spam folders to view the link to your individual survey – your views matter to us!
If you’d like to complete the survey over the phone instead – simply call 01993 890000 to register your preference and someone from Cottsway will call you back.
As an added incentive, customers who take part in either survey have the option to enter our free prize draw to win a £50 voucher - but hurry, you only have until Friday 30 April to take part!
We currently have just over 550 shared owners and leaseholders and we aim to collect feedback from 40% of these customers before the closing date.

Any information you give us will be treated in line with data protection regulations. We will never ask you for your bank details or try to sell you anything. You are not obligated to take part in the survey, but your feedback does help us to make improvements.
