It’s our busiest time of year for repairs, so some jobs may take a little longer than usual, especially during adverse weather. Thanks for bearing with us and your patience. To find out about repairs timeframes and request a repair, see Repairs and maintenance

Project Hope: Text support for those affected by domestic abuse

Project Hope is a new partnership between Reducing the Risk of Domestic Abuse and Shout.

It offers free, confidential, 24/7 text support for anyone whose mental health is being affected by domestic abuse. The service is available across the Thames Valley.

Domestic abuse can affect people in many ways. Some feel lonely or lose confidence. Others experience anxiety, depression, or thoughts of self-harm. The abuse may be happening now or may have happened in the past, even years ago. Domestic abuse can leave a long shadow, and this text service ensures support is always there when you need it.

Project Hope gives you a private and easy way to get help at any time. The service is open to victim/survivors, family and friends, young people, and even people who have used abusive behaviour and want support to change.

You don’t have to go through this alone. Text ‘HOPE’ to 85258 for free, confidential mental health support 24/7.
