Our year in summary
During the last financial year from the beginning of March 2024 to the end of April 2025 year, we:
- Continued with G1 Governance and V1 Viability ratings (the highest possible) from the Regulator of Social Housing.
- Met or exceeded nearly all of our targets for Tenant Satisfaction Measures, with results demonstrating consistently strong performance - including 85% overall satisfaction.
- Collected £42.2m in rent - we used this money to invest in maintaining and repairing our existing homes, build more new affordable homes for more people in housing need, and support our communities and customers, enabling us to add over £1.5m of social value to our communities.
At the end of 2024-25, we owned and managed 5,790 homes and had over 13,000 customers. During the year, we completed 129 new affordable homes and invested over £19m to repair and maintain existing homes. This is £6m more than the previous year, with more money spent on energy efficiency improvements and a major window replacement project, as well as dealing with more requests for repairs.
We carried out 100% of safety checks for gas, electricity, fire safety, lifts, water, and asbestos - and all our homes met the Government’s Decent Homes Standard.
We want to continue to build upon the success of last year in all aspects of our performance and will continue to work with, and listen to, our customers to help us to ensure this happens.
