New affordable homes in Moreton-in-Marsh

Delivered in partnership with Spitfire Homes, these homes are part of the new Ellenbrook development on the southern edge of the town centre, within the stunning Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

These 5 x 2-bed and 7 x 3-bed homes are the first of 38 affordable Cottsway homes, the remainder of which are expected to be completed by early 2026. The scheme will include a mix of houses, bungalows, and maisonettes.

All of the homes are available for affordable rent and come with air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.

In total, 250 new homes are being built at Ellenbrook, 84 of which will be affordable.
