More village homes for affordable rent and shared ownership near Swindon

The newly-completed homes include a mix of 2 and 3-bedroom houses, with 13 homes available for affordable rent and six for shared ownership.

The homes have been built by two separate developers, Bellway Homes and Vistry, and are the second phase provided for us by Bellway Homes at the site. Cottsway customers have already settled into 16 other affordable properties completed last February and the final 8 Bellway Homes are due to be completed at this site in summer 2026.

All these affordable homes form part of the wider Redlands Grove development made up of 370 homes, a new primary and secondary school, and open spaces for recreation and community activities.
