Have your say: Our new Customer Engagement Plan 2026-29

We’re developing a new Customer Engagement Plan, and we want customers to help shape it – share your thoughts and you could win a £25 gift card.

This 2026-2029 plan sets out how we will listen and act on your feedback, involve you in decisions, communicate with you, and ensure your voice helps improve the services we provide - from maintaining homes to supporting communities.

We’ve already started working on it and would like your thoughts so that we can feed in your ideas to final plan.
