Developer, New Dawn Homes, handed over the keys to the 9 properties on Tuesday (7 November) and we are looking forward to seeing our customers settle into the new homes.

The new development, named Ashchurch Fields, has a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bed properties including the 4 bungalows - 10 for affordable rent and 5 for shared ownership. 

Colin Bloodworth, our Director of Development and Partnerships, said: “This is the first time we have worked with New Dawn Homes and we’re delighted to be able to add to our affordable housing stock in Gloucestershire.

“Cottsway has over 5,300 homes, including around 840 in Gloucestershire and we’re working hard to help more people in housing need across the area we serve, which includes West Oxfordshire and Wiltshire.”

These 15 Cottsway homes are part of a larger development which include 47 new homes in total.
