Forthcoming changes to My Cottsway

In February 2021 we are switching over to a new provider for our My Cottsway customer portal to enable us to offer you more ways in the future to manage your tenancy and access our services online.

Please be aware that this means:

  • My Cottsway will not be available to current users between 12-17 February while work is carried out – but don’t worry, you can still pay your rent online during this time: Make a payment
  • If you are already registered to use My Cottsway, you will need to re-register to use the service from 18 February. We’ll be writing to everyone affected to explain how to do this.
  • We will not be taking any new registrations for My Cottsway until after 18 February.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this switch over may cause. Please bear with us and look out for information being sent to you via post if you are a current user.
