We have recently switched over to a new provider, so if you have previously registered for My Cottsway you will need to re-register. We have done this so that we can make further improvements and provide more services online in the future. The portal will look different when you log in but will offer you the same service.
How do I register for My Cottsway?
You can create an account if you are a Cottsway customer:
You will need to provide your:
- Full name
- Date of birth
- Email address - please note, we need to have an email address on our records for you before you can register.
- Customer account number (this can be found on your rent statement and most letters we send you)
Once you‘ve created a password and registered, we will send you an email with a link to validate your account.
To make rent payments via My Cottsway, you also need to be registered with our payment provider Allpay.
I have not received a validation email
If it is not in your inbox, please check your junk or spam folder.
If you still cannot find it, your email provider may have blocked the email, or it may be that you inadvertently typed your email address in incorrectly. Please call 01993 890000 or use our live chat during office hours, or complete our online form below so we can help.
I’ve used My Cottsway before but can no longer login
If you were registered to use My Cottsway previously, you need to quickly re-register as we have switched to a new provider.
The portal will look different when you log in but will offer you the same service. We’ve switched provider so that we can give you more options to manage your tenancy and access our services online in the future.
