It’s our busiest time of year for repairs, so some jobs may take a little longer than usual, especially during adverse weather. Thanks for bearing with us and your patience. To find out about repairs timeframes and request a repair, see Repairs and maintenance

Anti-social behaviour TEST PAGE

Anti-social behaviour (ASB) is any behaviour that causes nuisance, annoyance or distress to other people. It can be carried out by a Cottsway customer, or by someone living with them or visiting their home.

We want to deal with anti-social behaviour (ASB) quickly and fairly.

We take every report seriously. Anything you tell us is kept private, unless we believe a child may be at risk. In that situation, the law means we must share information to keep them safe.

Serious ASB or criminal behaviour in our homes may lead to legal action, and in very serious cases, eviction.

Sometimes we receive reports that are causing a disturbance but are not classed as ASB. When this happens, we follow our Good Neighbourhood Management Policy.

If we decide something is not ASB, we'll explain our decision to you as soon as we can.

Is it anti social behaviour or not?
