Wendy Hardy

Wendy began her career in social housing in the 1980s, working for local authorities in the Midlands before moving to Oxfordshire. She has extensive experience across a wide range of housing services, including homelessness, sheltered housing, general needs accommodation, tenancy management and estate services.

She joined us in 2009 to manage income and letting and took up her current senior leadership role in 2019. Wendy now provides strategic direction across customer-focused services, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
