Tessa Rollings

Tessa leads on finance and treasury management. She also oversees information technology, human resources, organisational development, governance, risk and assurance, health and safety, and the management of our offices, insurance and audits.

She joined us in 2025 and has held several executive roles within charities and not-for-profit organisations, most recently as Director of Finance and Operations at an education trust. Tessa also brings housing sector experience gained through senior finance and project roles, as well as board-level leadership.
