Sue Lakin

As Deputy Chief Executive, Sue supports the overall leadership of the organisation and is responsible for all operational services. As part of the Executive Team, she works with colleagues across customer-facing teams to ensure high-quality services are delivered every day.

Her areas of responsibility include housing services, community engagement and tenancy support, asset management to maintain quality homes, and property services, overseeing our in-house repairs and maintenance team.

Sue joined us in 2012. She began her career in frontline housing services and has since held senior roles across the sector, bringing extensive experience in housing management, repairs and maintenance, asset management and development.
