Sara Janes

Sara joined us in 2025 and heads up our finance and treasury service. With over 20 years’ experience in the sector, complemented by financial expertise gained in the private sector, she brings extensive experience in treasury management and corporate finance.

Sara leads her team in delivering financial reporting, strategic planning, treasury management, regulatory returns and compliance. She works closely with colleagues from across the organisation, banks and investors, and other stakeholders to ensure our organisation is financially strong so we can invest in both our existing homes and new homes.
