Samantha Marlow

Samantha (better known as Sam) has a background in journalism, public sector communications and law. She joined us in 2019 as a Communications Officer and has since progressed into her role as Head of Communications.

She leads a small team responsible for managing our website and social media channels, and producing corporate and customer publications. Sam works with colleagues across the organisation to communicate our services, support and improvements in a clear and customer-friendly way. This helps keep customers and stakeholders informed, while ensuring we are transparent, accountable and focused on delivering positive outcomes.
