Richard Reynolds

Richard provides strategic leadership to ensure we meet both our short-term and long-term goals. He leads the Executive Team and works closely with our Board, partners, stakeholders and customers to shape our vision and deliver our plans.

Richard became Chief Executive in August 2022, having joined us in 2014 as Resources Director. He brings a strong financial background from the private sector, with experience across retail, quarrying and printing.
