Matthew Batchelor

Matt leads our IT function and is responsible for delivering projects across the organisation. He oversees a broad portfolio of technical and non-technical projects, ensuring that IT supports our wider goals and provides reliable, secure services for colleagues and customers.

Matt joined us in 2011 and has worked across a wide range of IT disciplines - including support, applications, systems security and infrastructure. This experience has shaped his practical, grounded approach to technology and project delivery.

He progressed through several roles at Cottsway before becoming Head of IT and Projects, bringing a deep understanding of the organisation and its systems.
