Marissa Yeoman

Marissa began her career with us in 2009 as a Financial Inclusion Officer. In 2010, she moved into the Development Team, progressing from Development Officer to Development Manager, and delivering a wide range of housing schemes over the years.

As Head of Development, Marissa leads her team in delivering new homes in partnership with major developers. A key part of her work involves Section 106 agreements, which require developers to include affordable homes as part of their new housing sites. She also looks for new opportunities to build homes, whether through buying land or regenerating and improving existing homes through redevelopment or infill projects.

Marissa works closely with colleagues across the organisation, as well as local partners and external stakeholders, to deliver an ambitious and community‑focused development and sales programme.
