Jody Sanderson

Jody has worked in social housing since 2007, starting her career as a repairs surveyor before moving into asset management and leadership roles. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on what matters most - the people who live in the homes she helps to look after.

She joined us in December 2024 as Head of Assets, bringing a strong belief in putting customers at the heart of everything she does. She has since worked closely with her team to build a culture that prioritises the customer experience, ensuring that decisions made behind the scenes translate into better outcomes for residents.

Jody is responsible for making sure our homes are safe, compliant and well maintained, while also improving their quality and energy efficiency to create warm, comfortable and affordable living spaces. She is particularly passionate about the role asset management plays in tackling fuel poverty and supporting more sustainable communities.
