Colin Bloodworth

Colin leads our development service, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to deliver the targets set out in our Business Plan.

He is responsible for driving our development and sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, exploring alternative housing delivery methods, and building strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Colin joined us in 2016 and bringing experience from across the commercial and not-for-profit housing sectors. He has extensive expertise in the full development lifecycle for new homes, including land-led, regeneration and Section 106 schemes, covering land acquisition, construction, programme management, financial analysis, planning, and sales and marketing.
