Clare Sellman

Clare’s portfolio includes Human Resources (covering organisational development, learning and development, and equality, diversity and inclusion), Health, Safety and Wellbeing, Business Continuity, Facilities Management, and wider corporate services such as insurance, procurement, data protection, risk and assurance.

Clare joined us in April 2019 and holds a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management. She previously spent many years in the emergency services sector, starting in an operational fire control room before moving into learning and development and later leading a people and organisational support department.
