Tessa Rollings

As well as being part of our Executive team, Tessa is responsible for the finances and treasury management of Cottsway.

She works with Directors, Heads of Service, managers and staff to oversee Cottsway’s information technology, organisational development, governance, risk and assurance, and health and safety services, along with management of the Cottsway offices, insurances, and audits.

Tessa has held several executive level positions in not-for-profit organisations and charities, most recently Director of Finance and Operations at an education trust. She has experience of the housing sector gained at Sanctuary Group where she worked for 8 years in a variety of finance and project roles, and more recently as a Board Member at Rooftop Housing Group.
