Jeremy Fletcher

Jeremy has an extensive background leading leisure and hospitality organisations and, in recent years, has translated his customer expertise and focus into the real estate sector. Most recently he has been responsible for ‘Fresh’ – the purpose-built student accommodation business - and before that he worked for Quintain Living, a build to rent company based in central London. Jeremy joined our Board in August 2022.

More recently, Jeremy has joined Butlins, the famous UK holiday and entertainment company.  He is a member of the Leadership Team and is responsible for leading a business of £100m turnover, with over 1,300 team members.
