Emma Kenny

Emma has worked in a variety of international line management and consulting roles for consumer-facing businesses including Mars Confectionery, McKinsey, Kingfisher and Vodafone. Following a spell in executive recruitment, in 2007 she founded a procurement consultancy which she ran for 10 years. Since then she has focused on advising, mentoring and investing in start-ups. Having spent two years working with Oxford Innovation, where amongst other things, she helped to invest a fund in fast growth businesses in the wider Oxford area, she now has a number of NED and advisory roles with fast-growth companies. Emma joined our Board in February 2018.
