Colin Bloodworth

As well as being a member of the Executive Team, Colin leads Cottsway’s Development service, working with Directors, Heads of Service, managers and staff to deliver against annual targets set out in our annual Business Plan.

Colin heads up Cottsway’s ambitious development and sales strategy; including seeking and assessing new business opportunities, identifying alternative housing delivery methods, stakeholder engagement and partnership opportunities.

Colin joined us in 2016 and has over 17 years of experience in the commercial and not-for-profit housing sector. He has expertise in the full end-to-end development process for new homes, including land led, regeneration and Section 106 schemes and has led land acquisition, construction, programme management, financial analysis and planning and sales and marketing activities.
