Anne McLoughlin

Anne has extensive experience in both executive and non-executive roles in the social housing sector. She joined Cottsway as Chair Elect in September 2025.

Anne has held a diverse portfolio of roles in organisations she is passionate about, including serving as Chair of Homeless Link, the national membership body for homelessness charities and Innisfree Housing Association. She currently chairs the Remuneration and Nomination Committee on the Board of Clúid Housing, one of Ireland’s largest housing associations.

Alongside her board work, she is a management consultant and interim CEO, supporting organisations to transform services by animating their social purpose.
