Alice Cummings

Alice joined the Board in April 2019 and is our Vice Chair. She is also Chair of our Audit and Risk Committee.

She is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit Committee of Idox Plc, South Staffordshire Water Plc and Curo Housing. She has financial, operational and governance experience in regulated industries and was previously CFO of InHealth Group. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
