Meet Calvin - our assistant surveyor

Calvin is working with experienced members of the team, visiting homes to check their condition and help us plan. He was an ideal candidate for this role as he’d been studying for a surveyor qualification in his own time alongside his day job as a trade operative, showing real dedication.  

We relish seeing and supporting our staff to learn new skills, grow in their careers and take on new challenges, as we feel this leads to continual improvement in our services. Look out for Calvin out and about and feel free to say ‘hello’!
