16 new affordable homes, a mix of 1-bed maisonettes and 2 and 3-bed houses – have been provided on this scheme by Deanfield Homes with street names allocated to reflect the site’s history.

We worked with EG Carter Ltd to redevelop this former sheltered housing scheme. Lavender Place now provides 18 spacious one and two-bed apartments for those over 55.
