We worked with EG Carter Ltd to redevelop this former sheltered housing scheme. St Marys Court now provides 30 spacious one and two-bed apartments for social rent for those over 55.
Built by Helix Partnership Homes, this site provides 15 new affordable low-carbon homes - all of which have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) ‘A’ rating.
We worked with Vistry Group to provide 23 new homes at Redlands Grove – 7 for shared ownership and 16 for affordable rent including 2 wheelchair-adaptable properties.
Built in partnership with Bellway Homes, our first 16 properties at the new Redlands Grove development offer 12 homes for affordable rent and 4 for shared ownership.
Working with Persimmon Homes, we’re providing a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bed affordable homes at this new development – 26 for affordable rent and 12 for shared ownership.
We provided 15 new affordable homes, including 4 bungalows, on this development with New Dawn Homes – 10 for affordable rent and 5 for shared ownership.
16 new affordable homes, a mix of 1-bed maisonettes and 2 and 3-bed houses – have been provided on this scheme by Deanfield Homes with street names allocated to reflect the site’s history.
Working with Mackenzie Miller Homes, this picturesque site offers a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bed properties with 4 for affordable rent and 2 for shared ownership.
We’re working closely with Bloor Homes (Western) on this large development between east Carterton and Brize Norton. When completed in 2027, we’ll have 245 affordable homes at this site.
We work with housebuilders and developers in West Oxfordshire, Cotswold District, Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Gloucester, Swindon and North Wiltshire. We want to expand our Section 106, joint ventures and land-led opportunities in these areas.
