This part of the website gives you information on various aspects of your rent including how to pay, explaining what a service charge is and details of our Financial Inclusion Team. To make paying your rent easier please complete a Direct Debit Mandate - please see link below.
Online payments - to make an online payment please click here, you will need your account number. Online payments can also be made at the Witney and Chipping Norton offices. If you do not have your rent account number, please contact us on 0800 8766 366 confirming your identify and will be happy to assist.

In the emergency budget on 22 June 2010, the government announced significant changes to housing benefit and local housing allowance. The changes will mean an annual reduction of £1,765 million of government help with housing costs.
