This area of the site aims to provide our tenants with information on any housing related issues, such as Sheltered Housing and Leaseholder services. Money related matters such as how to pay rent, service charges, direct debits or how to ask any queries are under Money Matters. Please give us feedback on our website so we can make sure it is as helpful as possible.
Our mobile office travels regularly around the district. visiting many areas where we have homes, making it easier for residents to access our services. So come along and talk to us. It could be for:

Do you take an interest in your neighbourhood? Are the communal areas near you well maintained? We are responsible for the general upkeep of communal areas that belong to Cottsway and would like your help. Our Estate Management team has an annual programme in place to carry out area inspections across the district. They look at the general state of each area and, amongst other things, fencing, abandoned vehicles, fly tipping and badly maintained communal areas.
